EBCreate BC Pro 40K specs come from Vaping360's product database, which describes a smart disposable with 40,000 puffs, 17 mL of e-liquid at 50 mg (5%) nicotine, a 1,000 mAh battery with USB-C fast charging and a dual mesh coil.1

Is the BC Pro 40K an Elf Bar?

The BC Pro 40K is an Elf Bar product sold under the EBCreate name: Vaping360's database files it as the Elf Bar BC Pro 40K and gives the product name as EBCREATE BC Pro 40K.1

EBCreate is the US name the maker of Elf Bar moved to in 2023, after an iMiracle spokesman told the AP the company had stopped shipping Elf Bar-branded product to the US.2

The EBCreate BC Pro 40K can't be legally sold under federal rules, because it has no FDA marketing order and is not on the FDA's authorized list, current as of August 28, 2026.3

Import Alert 98-07 lets the FDA detain any e-cigarette without a marketing order at the border, and its September 4, 2026 revision ties those detentions to the FDA's May 2026 enforcement guidance.4 In California, iMiracle agreed in an October 2025 settlement with NJOY not to sell flavored vapes while the state's ban stands.5

The BC Pro 40K's 1,000 mAh battery is also larger than the BC5000's 650 mAh, and Vaping360 gives it a five-level LED meter for e-liquid and battery.16

How to Check an EBCreate BC Pro 40K

To check an EBCreate BC Pro 40K, the check Elf Bar offers is its global verification page, which says to scan the QR code on the package or enter its security code and counts a product as genuine only if the code is verified at elfbar.com.8
