A US retail listing for the EB Create BC5000, from Vape Central Group, gives 13 mL of e-liquid, 5% or 0% nicotine and USB-C charging, and says it comes in 34 flavors.2

Elf Bar BC5000 US Names: EB Design and EBCreate

The Elf Bar BC5000 was sold in the US under the names EB Design BC5000 and then EBCreate BC5000; Vape Central Group lists it as the "EB Create (formerly EB Design) BC5000".2

The first rename, to EBDesign, followed a February 2023 court order in a trademark case over the Elfbar name, ECigIntelligence reported.3 The second, to EBCreate, came after the FDA directed customs in May 2023 to seize Elf Bar and EBDesign shipments, and the AP reported in December 2023 that the maker had dropped the Elf Bar name in the US.45

The Elf Bar BC5000 can't be legally sold under federal rules, because neither Elf Bar nor its US names EB Design and EBCreate have an FDA marketing order.6

FDA's Red List entries of May 17, 2023 cover "Elf Bar or Elfbar or EBDESIGN ENDS products" from iMiracle, Heaven Gifts International and others, and Import Alert 98-07 now lets the FDA detain any unauthorized vape at the border.78 The FDA's February 28, 2024 warning letters to five online retailers named Elf Bar, EB Design and EB Create.9

Elf Bar BC5000 vs EBCreate BC Pro 40K
