EBCreate TE6000 on the FDA Red List

The EBCreate TE6000 went onto the FDA's Red List under Import Alert 98-06 on October 31, 2023, in three entries naming the product "ELFBAR TE6000; 6000 PUFFS; with flavors" for Dongguan LY Craft Gifts Co., iMiracle (Shenzhen) Technology Co., Ltd. and Boona Trade Inc.1

Those entries joined the ten Elf Bar and EBDESIGN listings the FDA had made on May 17, 2023, and they were still on the list in a December 2024 copy.13 Since the FDA split its import alerts in January 2025, Import Alert 98-07 has covered every e-cigarette without a marketing order, with no firm list.45

EBCreate TE6000 Specs

EBCreate TE6000 specs come mainly from one retail listing, VapePulse HQ, which gives it up to 6,000 puffs, a 550 mAh battery and a size of 78 x 42 x 22 mm.6

This page gives no e-liquid or nicotine figure for the TE6000, because no maker page states them: Elf Bar's product list has a TE5000 but no TE6000.2

Why Is It Called the EBCreate TE6000?

The EBCreate TE6000 carries the EBCreate name because the maker of Elf Bar stopped using the Elf Bar name in the US in 2023, switching first to EB Design and then to EBCreate, a mark filed in the name of Nevera HK Limited.78

The FDA's entries still call it the ELFBAR TE6000, while the retail listing sells it as the EBCreate TE6000.16

The EBCreate TE6000 can't be legally sold under federal rules, because no Elf Bar, EB Design or EBCreate product has an FDA marketing order; the FDA's authorized list, current as of August 28, 2026, has none.9

Its Red List entries flagged the TE6000 for detention at the border, and Import Alert 98-07 now applies that to every unauthorized e-cigarette, with its latest revision dated September 4, 2026.15

EBCreate TE6000 vs Elf Bar BC5000

The EBCreate TE6000 sits just above the Elf Bar BC5000 in puffs: 6,000 in its FDA entry name against the 5,000 Elf Bar claims for the BC5000.110

Elf Bar lists a 650 mAh battery for the BC5000, while the TE6000 retail listing gives 550 mAh.106 To check either one, Elf Bar's global verification page says to scan the QR code on the package or enter its security code; no US page for EBCreate was found.11
