Lost Mary OS5000 specs come from VapeRoster, an affiliate review site, which in October 2026 described it as a 5,000-puff disposable with 13 mL of e-liquid at 5% (50 mg/mL) nicotine, a 650 mAh battery and a single mesh coil.1

It charges over Type-C and has a basic LED battery light but no e-liquid indicator, VapeRoster says.1

Is the Lost Mary OS5000 Still Made?

The Lost Mary OS5000 is not on Lost Mary's official product list, which runs from the MO20000 Pro and MT15000 Turbo to the Tappo, Viz and Ultrasonic 35K lines, so its current status is unclear.2

The MT15000 Turbo adds Smooth and Turbo modes at 11 W and 22 W and an e-liquid and power display, where VapeRoster says the OS5000 shows battery only.31 The OS5000's 650 mAh battery is slightly larger than the newer model's 600 mAh.

The Lost Mary OS5000 can't be legally sold under federal rules, because no Lost Mary product has an FDA marketing order.4
