Who Makes Lost Mary?
Lost Mary is made by Shenzhen iMiracle Technology Co., Ltd., which the Associated Press identified as the maker of Elf Bar and the seller of Lost Mary and Funky Republic in the US and abroad.3 The FDA said on July 25, 2024 that Lost Mary "is manufactured by the same firm as Elf Bar."4
iMiracle belongs to Heaven Gifts, a group its spokesperson told Reuters was founded in 2007, and a December 2024 congressional inquiry listed Shenzhen Heaven Gifts Technology Co., Ltd. as the company behind Elf Bar, EB Design and Lost Mary.67 A Hong Kong unit, iMiracle (HK) Limited, still owned the US Lost Mary trademark in February 2025, according to trademark records Reuters cited.8
Lost Mary's own site names no importer. It lists a US customer service line and a store locator, and flags the MT15000 Turbo as a top seller beside newer lines such as the Tappo 2, Viz and BM6000.9
Lost Mary Sales and Wonder Ladies
Lost Mary sales in the US rose from under 100,000 dollars a week in September 2022 to more than 3 million dollars in the first week of October 2023, Reuters reported, citing Circana data.6 The same report said the FDA's May 2023 import action against Elf Bar did not cover Lost Mary or Funky Republic.
In February 2025 Reuters said Lost Mary was the seventh most popular disposable in the US in 2024, citing Circana data from an industry source that Circana declined to confirm, and that the brand remained widely available.8 Reuters also found that after the 2023 Elf Bar action, Heaven Gifts moved Lost Mary's US operations to Wonder Ladies Limited, a British Virgin Islands company whose name and address were printed on a device Reuters bought in December 2024. Heaven Gifts' spokesperson told Reuters the company was not sidestepping FDA rules.8
Lost Mary and the FDA
Lost Mary has no FDA marketing order: the FDA's list of 48 authorized e-cigarettes, current as of August 28, 2026, includes no Lost Mary product.1
The FDA has warned stores selling Lost Mary at least four times. It sent letters to five online retailers on February 28, 2024; to 80 retailers in 15 states over Elf Bar and Lost Mary on July 25, 2024; to five online retailers over Geek Bar, Lost Mary and Bang on July 31, 2024; and to eight online retailers and one manufacturer on December 19, 2024.1041112 None of the letters found for this page was addressed to iMiracle or Heaven Gifts.
The FDA said in July 2024 that it had picked out Lost Mary as popular or youth-appealing from retail sales data and early survey data.4
Lost Mary Seizures and Import Alerts
Lost Mary was among the brands in a seizure of about 1.4 million unauthorized e-cigarettes worth $18 million at the Los Angeles airport, which the FDA and US Customs and Border Protection announced on December 14, 2023.13
On the FDA's Import Alert 98-06 Red List, which named firms one by one, no Lost Mary entry appears in the copies dated May 2024 and December 2024 checked for this page.1415 Today Import Alert 98-07 covers every e-cigarette without a marketing order, with no firm list, and lets the FDA detain shipments at the border; it was last revised on September 4, 2026.2 Later FDA seizure announcements, in October 2024, May 2025 and September 2025, do not name Lost Mary.
Lost Mary Lawsuits and Trade Cases
Lost Mary lawsuits began with an October 2023 suit by NJOY, owned by Altria, against 34 companies tied to brands including Lost Mary, Elf Bar and Breeze.16 In January 2024 the court dismissed all but the iMiracle and Elf Bar defendants as improperly joined, and NJOY's refiled case against iMiracle ended in an October 2025 settlement with an injunction limited to California.16
At the US International Trade Commission, Heaven Gifts International, iMiracle (Shenzhen) and Wonder Ladies were among the companies found in default in a Reynolds patent case, 337-TA-1410, which ended with a finding of no violation on March 10, 2026; Reynolds appealed on March 13, 2026.1718 In June 2026 the Commission added Wonder Ladies, Nevera (HK), Sailing South, Palma Terra and Marea Morada as respondents in a second Reynolds case, 337-TA-1486, alongside iMiracle and Heaven Gifts entities.1920
