NJOY DAILY nicotine comes in two strengths: NJOY says DAILY products hold 4.5% and DAILY EXTRA products 6% nicotine by weight, in both Rich Tobacco and Menthol.1

NJOY's help page also says every NJOY DAILY e-liquid contains lactic acid. DAILY EXTRA is the stronger of the two, and NJOY lists the same two flavors, Rich Tobacco and Menthol, at both strengths.

How the NJOY DAILY Got FDA Authorization

NJOY DAILY got its first FDA authorization in 2022: Tobacco Reporter reported on June 10, 2022 that the FDA had authorized DAILY Rich Tobacco 4.5% and DAILY EXTRA Rich Tobacco 6% and denied other DAILY products.3

The menthol versions followed on June 21, 2024, when the FDA authorized DAILY Menthol 4.5% and DAILY EXTRA Menthol 6% along with two ACE menthol pods. The FDA said that was its first authorization of non-tobacco flavored e-cigarettes, and that it may suspend or withdraw those orders if youth use rises notably or complete switching by adult smokers declines.4

The NJOY DAILY can be legally sold under federal rules in the four versions the FDA authorized, Rich Tobacco and Menthol at 4.5% (DAILY) and 6% (DAILY EXTRA).2

The ITC patent orders that took NJOY ACE off the US market name ACE devices and pods, according to NJOY's corporate site, and the DAILY is not part of them.5 Only those four DAILY products are covered: the FDA turned down other DAILY products in 2022, Tobacco Reporter said.3
