ARGUS G4 Multi-Ohm Cartridge

The ARGUS G4 Multi-Ohm Cartridge gives three resistances from one pod: flip it for 0.7 or 1.0 ohm, or double-press the side button for 0.4 ohm.2 Voopoo's ARGUS G4 page says the cartridge works with 21 or more ARGUS-family devices, though 0.4 ohm switching works only on the G4 and some later products.

The cartridge uses multi-core electrode technology and Voopoo's iCOSM CODE 2.0, and the device accepts resistances from 0.4 to 3.0 ohm. It holds 3.5 mL in the standard and US versions and 2 mL in the TPD version.

ARGUS G4 nicotine strength depends on the resistance in use: Voopoo recommends 50 mg or less at 1.0 ohm, 30 mg or less at 0.7 ohm and 20 mg or less at 0.4 ohm.2

ARGUS G4 vs ARGUS Z3

The ARGUS G4 and the later ARGUS Z3 share the Multi-Ohm Cartridge family, but the G4 has a screen, a 1,650 mAh battery against the Z3's 1,100 mAh, and 35 W against 20 W.3

The Z3 switches only between 0.7 and 1.0 ohm by flipping the pod, while the G4 adds the 0.4 ohm setting on a button press.2

The ARGUS G4 can't be legally sold under federal rules without an FDA marketing order, and as of October 2026 it has none.4 Voopoo says it submitted a PMTA in 2020, six years before the G4, and its PMTA page does not say which products that filing covers.5
