Breeze Smoke Devices

Breeze Smoke lists two lines on its own site as of October 26, 2026, Breeze Pro and Breeze Plus, while the Breeze Prime and the nicotine-free Breeze Stratus appear at resellers.4

Who Makes Breeze Smoke?

Breeze Smoke, LLC makes and sells Breeze vapes by its own account: in a January 2025 federal complaint the Michigan company says it manufactures and sells nicotine and nicotine-free disposable vaping devices under the BREEZE mark, and gives its principal place of business as Hazel Park, Michigan.3

The hardware comes from abroad. The FDA's May 25, 2023 warning letter says the firm receives its products from a foreign manufacturer and distributes them to the US retailers listed on breezesmoke.com,2 and the brand's website disclaimer tells users to follow the battery-safety specifications of Shenzhen Shikai Technology Co., LTD.5

The company's address shifts from one document to the next: West Bloomfield on the 2023 FDA letter, Hazel Park in the 2025 complaint and Southfield in a March 2026 trade commission notice.6 Its site also shows regional pages for Breeze Canada, Breeze Paraguay and Breeze Jordan, and says breezesmoke.com is the only site the company recognizes.4

Breeze Smoke History and Trademarks

Breeze Smoke history, as the company tells it in court, starts no later than April 2014, when it says it and its predecessors first used the BREEZE mark on vaping products. No founding date for the company itself is stated.3

Its trademark chart claims first use of BREEZE PLUS and BREEZE SMOKE on disposable e-cigarettes at least as early as March 1, 2020, and of BREEZE PRO at least as early as August 18, 2021. It also lists a BREEZE PRIME application filed on March 15, 2023.3

The company defends those marks. It won a preliminary injunction against New Wave Enterprise on May 13, 2025 and a judgment on August 13, 2025 against Speed Wholesale and MKE Vape Wholesale over a look-alike product called FREEZE BAR, then filed further suits against ZigZag, LLC on June 8, 2026 and in federal court in Illinois on July 7, 2026.7

Breeze Smoke and the FDA

Breeze Smoke received an FDA warning letter on May 25, 2023, saying the Breeze products the agency reviewed, Breeze Pro Disposable Vape Candy Cane and Candy Hearts, had no marketing authorization order and were adulterated and misbranded, according to the FDA's letter to Breeze Smoke.2

The FDA's announcement that day put the firms behind both Breeze and Esco Bars on notice and called the two brands among the most commonly sold disposables in the US at the time.8

Retailers were warned next. Letters to Vape Mobs (S Tacna Inc) on December 12, 2023 and Relevant Vapes on February 27, 2024 named Breeze Plus 800 in Pineapple Lemon and Tiramisu.910 A separate September 12, 2024 letter went to a site called breezesmokeoffical.us, run from Monticello, Indiana under the name Breeze Smoke Official, a different operator and domain from breezesmoke.com.11

No FDA import alert entry names Breeze. The Import Alert 98-06 Red List, in a copy archived December 2, 2024, has no Breeze or Shikai firm, and Import Alert 98-07, which has covered e-cigarettes since January 3, 2025, lists no firms as of October 26, 2026 and applies to unauthorized e-cigarettes in general.1213 Without a marketing order, a nicotine vape can't be legally sold under federal rules.

Breeze Smoke in Court

Breeze Smoke has been in court as a respondent as well as a plaintiff. It was one of 25 respondents in US International Trade Commission Investigation 337-TA-1381, a false advertising case brought by R.J. Reynolds in December 2023, which the commission ended after R.J. Reynolds withdrew its complaint, per an April 14, 2025 notice.14

It was also one of 18 respondents that took part in Investigation 337-TA-1410, an R.J. Reynolds patent case instituted on July 22, 2024.15 On March 13, 2026 the commission published a final determination of no violation, finding the asserted patent claims invalid as obvious.6 R.J. Reynolds appealed to the Federal Circuit, and Breeze Smoke asked to intervene in that appeal on March 18, 2026.7

New York's attorney general named Breeze among the brands of flavored disposable vapes sold by the 13 companies she sued on February 20, 2025, though Breeze Smoke, LLC is not one of the defendants named in her release.16 The Campaign for Tobacco-Free Kids reports that the court largely denied a motion to dismiss that case on March 31, 2026.17

Pennsylvania's ENDS directory, enforced from October 19, 2026, lists no Breeze product, and Breeze Smoke is not on the state's October 16, 2026 list of manufacturers with pending certifications.1819

How to Spot a Fake Breeze

To spot a fake Breeze, Breeze Smoke says to shine a light on the security tag it added to its packaging in 2023; the tag shown on its Verify Breeze Pro page reads "Illuminate For Authenticity" and carries the www.breezesmoke.com address and a serial-style code.20

The company says older tags may still be on some packs while supply lasts, and its site has no online code lookup. It also says it does not sell vapes online and treats any other site that claims a link to the brand as unauthorized, so a domain like the breezesmokeoffical.us site the FDA warned in 2024 is not the brand's.4
