Checked October 26, 2026Breeze Pro Puffs, E-Liquid and Battery
The Breeze Pro is listed at up to 2,000 puffs per device by a reseller, which also gives it 6 mL of e-liquid, a 1,000 mAh battery and a mesh coil.1 Those are a seller's figures, not Breeze Smoke's.
Breeze Smoke's own site calls the line a disposable pod device and, as of October 26, 2026, lists Breeze Pro as one of only two lines in its menu, next to the Breeze Plus.2
Breeze Pro Nicotine
Breeze Pro nicotine is 5% salt nicotine in the standard version, the same reseller says, and a 0% nicotine Pro is sold as well.1
Breeze Smoke argues in a January 2025 complaint that its disposables are closed systems, so its nicotine-free versions are not intended or reasonably expected to be used with or for consuming a tobacco product.3 That is the company's position in its own lawsuit.
Is the Breeze Pro Legal in the US?
The Breeze Pro can't be legally sold under federal rules, because it has no FDA marketing order; the FDA's May 25, 2023 warning letter to Breeze Smoke said Breeze Pro Disposable Vape Candy Cane and Candy Hearts were adulterated and misbranded for that reason.4
No Breeze product is on the FDA's list of authorized e-cigarettes, which is current as of August 28, 2026 and names only five manufacturers.5 The Breeze Smoke brand page covers the company's court cases.
How to Spot a Fake Breeze Pro
To spot a fake Breeze Pro, shine a light on the security tag on the pack, as Breeze Smoke's Verify Breeze Pro page describes; the genuine tag reads "Illuminate For Authenticity" and shows www.breezesmoke.com and a serial-style code.6
Breeze Smoke says it added the new tags in 2023 and that older ones may still turn up while supply lasts. There is no online code lookup, and the company says it does not sell vapes online.2
Breeze Pro Trademark
The Breeze Pro trademark, BREEZE PRO (Reg. No. 6,992,438), was registered on February 28, 2023, and Breeze Smoke claims first use of the name at least as early as August 18, 2021.3
That makes the Pro younger than the Plus name, which Breeze Smoke says it used from March 1, 2020. The larger Breeze Prime followed as a trademark application in March 2023.
