The Breeze Plus is a Breeze Smoke disposable that a reseller lists at 800 puffs, with 3.5 mL of e-liquid at 5% (50 mg/mL) nicotine and a 650 mAh battery, and Breeze Smoke's homepage now announces a 0% nicotine version.12
Checked October 26, 2026Breeze Plus Puffs, Nicotine and Battery
The Breeze Plus is rated at 800 puffs by a reseller, which lists 3.5 mL of e-liquid at 5% (50 mg/mL) nicotine and a 650 mAh battery.1
Those are a seller's figures. Breeze Smoke keeps the Plus in its site menu as of October 26, 2026, one of two lines there with the Breeze Pro.2
Breeze Plus 0% Nicotine
The Breeze Plus 0% nicotine version is the one Breeze Smoke puts up front: its homepage carried a banner reading NEW 0% NICOTINE BREEZE PLUS as of October 26, 2026.2
In its January 2025 complaint, Breeze Smoke says its disposables are closed systems, so the nicotine-free ones are not intended or reasonably expected to be used with or for consuming a tobacco product.3 That is the company's argument, not a ruling by the FDA.
Is the Breeze Plus Legal in the US?
The Breeze Plus has no FDA marketing order, and the FDA has twice cited retailers for selling the Breeze Plus 800: Vape Mobs (S Tacna Inc) on December 12, 2023 over Pineapple Lemon, and Relevant Vapes on February 27, 2024 over Tiramisu.45
Without a marketing order, a nicotine vape can't be legally sold under federal rules, and no Breeze product is on the FDA's authorized list, current as of August 28, 2026.6
Breeze Plus Trademark
The Breeze Plus trademark has the earliest first-use date of the model names in Breeze Smoke's trademark chart: the company registered BREEZE PLUS (Reg. No. 6,770,534) on June 28, 2022 and claims first use on disposable e-cigarettes at least as early as March 1, 2020.3
The same complaint, filed in January 2025, targets a look-alike product sold as FREEZE BAR. See the Breeze Smoke brand page for how that and the company's other trademark cases ended.
How to Spot a Fake Breeze Plus
To spot a fake Breeze Plus, start with the security tag that Breeze Smoke says it added to its packaging in 2023, and shine a light on it to check it.2
Breeze Smoke also keeps a counterfeit Breeze Plus page on its site, says it does not sell vapes online and recognizes only breezesmoke.com as its website.7
