Vaporesso XROS 6 Pods and Coils

The Vaporesso XROS 6 uses XROS series COREX 3.0 mesh pods: a 0.6 ohm pod comes installed and a 0.8 ohm pod is in the box, Vaporesso says.1

Vaporesso lists 0.4, 0.6 and 0.8 ohm 3 mL pods and 0.4, 0.6, 0.8, 1.0 and 1.2 ohm 2 mL pods as compatible. The standard kit uses 3 mL pods, and a TPD version for regulated markets uses 2 mL. Vaporesso lists a 60-second Smart Prime for new pods and describes an SSS 2.0 leak-resistant pod design.

Vaporesso XROS 6 Battery, Screen and Charging

The Vaporesso XROS 6 battery is rated at 1,800 mAh, and Vaporesso says it charges to about 50% in 10 minutes over USB Type-C at DC 9V/2A or 5V/3A.1

Vaporesso XROS 6 Controls and Airflow

The Vaporesso XROS 6 controls run through button clicks, per Vaporesso: two clicks prime the coil, three toggle the button lock, four turn the device on or off and five switch the power setting.1

With a 0.4 ohm pod, power adjusts in 0.5W steps up to the 30W maximum. A side airflow control, which Vaporesso calls VENTURI airflow, moves from a tight MTL draw to a looser one.

The Vaporesso XROS 6 is not FDA authorized, and a vape needs a marketing order to be legally sold under federal rules. The FDA's authorized list as of May 2026 names products from only Logic, R.J. Reynolds Vapor, NJOY, JUUL Labs and Glas.2

Vaporesso's PMTA page names an earlier XROS product among six it says it filed by September 2020, but the XROS 6 is not on that list.3

The Vaporesso XROS 6 and the Vaporesso XROS 5 take the same COREX 3.0 mesh pods, but the XROS 5 has a smaller 1,500 mAh battery, weighs 73.7 g and measures 120 by 24.5 by 14.5 mm, by Vaporesso's figures.4

The XROS 6 is longer at 122 mm but lighter at 65 g, with a larger 1,800 mAh battery. Vaping360 notes that the XROS 6 replaced the XROS 5 as the XROS flagship in 2026, while the XROS 5 stays on Vaporesso's site.5 A shorter sibling, the XROS 6 Mini, runs on a 1,600 mAh battery.
