How to Spot a Fake DRAG 6
To spot a fake DRAG 6, use the security label on the box, which Voopoo's security code page explains for its whole range: on the newer V2 label the "VP" shines in several colors as the mark is tilted, and on the V1 label the "V" seems to shift with the viewing angle.6
Then scratch off the silver cover, scan the QR code and type the security code printed beside it into the authenticity box. In an April 2023 statement Voopoo said every box carries an anti-counterfeit logo.7
Is the DRAG 6 Legal in the US?
The DRAG 6 can't be legally sold under federal rules without an FDA marketing order, and as of October 2026 it has none.8 Voopoo says it submitted a PMTA in August 2020, years before the DRAG 6, and its PMTA page does not name the DRAG 6.9
Unauthorized e-cigarettes can be detained at the border under FDA Import Alert 98-07, which covers such products in general rather than naming Voopoo.10
