Voopoo VINCI
The Voopoo VINCI is a refillable pod system from Voopoo's VINCI series, which Voopoo says launched in 2019, with a 1,500 mAh battery, up to 40 W, a 5.5 mL pod and Voopoo's PnP coils.12 It takes bottled e-liquid, so it has no puff count.

The VINCI battery is a 1,500 mAh cell that charges by micro USB at the bottom of the device, and Vaping360 timed a full charge at 1 hour 15 minutes.2
A GENE.AI chip sets the wattage automatically from the coil, up to 40 W, and the device fires either on the draw or by button. It has a 0.96-inch TFT color screen.2 Voopoo says it partnered with GENE Corporation in 2017 to develop its own chips.1
VINCI Pod and PnP Coils
The VINCI pod holds 5.5 mL, or 2 mL in the TPD version, and takes Voopoo's PnP coils; Vaping360 tested it with 0.3 and 0.8 ohm coils.2
Airflow changes when the pod is rotated to its other side. Vaping360 measured the VINCI at 104 x 25 x 25 mm and 114 g.
Vaping360's VINCI Review
Vaping360's VINCI review, dated October 16, 2019, praised the build and the 5.5 mL capacity but reported a fragile silicone plug and misfires while charging.2
Voopoo, for its part, says its VINCI products won a Best Device Award and a Best Equipment Innovation Award at an e-cigarette show in the US, a claim from its own brand history.1 Voopoo's newer refillable pods include the ARGUS G4 and the ARGUS Z3.3
How to Check a VINCI Is Genuine
To check a VINCI is genuine, Voopoo's security code page describes two label types, V1 and V2, and the same steps for both: confirm the mark changes with the light or viewing angle, scratch off the silver cover, scan the QR code and enter the printed security code.4
Voopoo said in April 2023 that it works with government officials every month against counterfeit products from unlicensed workshops.5
Is the VINCI Legal in the US?
The VINCI can't be legally sold under federal rules without an FDA marketing order, and it has none as of October 2026.6
Voopoo's PMTA page lists a "VINCI Mod Pod" and a "VINCI AIR Pod" among its "Hot Products" but does not say what its 2020 application covers, and that listing is not an FDA decision.7 Unauthorized e-cigarettes can also be detained at the border under FDA Import Alert 98-07.8
