The Esco Bars H2O 6000 is the name the FDA used on May 25, 2023, when its warning letter to Shenzhen Innokin Technology named Mango Lassi and Strawberry Milkshake versions sold through the US distributor MadVapes and copied Pastel Cartel LLC and American Vape Company, LLC.2

Neither of those flavors is on the 12-flavor list archived in 2024, so the line's flavors changed over time.1 More than two years later, on September 9, 2025, the FDA cited bettyvape.com for a Spearmint Esco Bar 6000 Puffs, a flavor that is on the 2024 list.4

The Esco Bars 6000 can't be legally sold under federal rules, because it has no FDA marketing order, and in May 2023 it fell under the FDA's import alert on all Esco Bar or Escobar e-cigarette products, which can be refused or detained at entry.56
