Are Candy Vapes FDA Authorized?
Candy vapes have no FDA marketing orders: no gummy, sour, taffy or bubblegum flavor appears on the FDA's list of 48 authorized e-cigarettes, current as of August 28, 2026.1
On April 2, 2025 the Supreme Court upheld the FDA's denials of flavored e-liquid applications, ruling that the agency could ask for rigorous, product-specific evidence that a flavor helps adult smokers more than tobacco flavor does.2
