Who Makes Off-Stamp?

Who makes Off-Stamp is not public: neither off-stamp.com nor the brand's press releases name a company or manufacturer, and its About page names no firm either.⁴ The press releases carry a Las Vegas, Nevada dateline, which Off-Stamp does not present as a company address.⁵

For US customers, the site offers a store locator, a wholesale application and a customer service line staffed on weekdays, Central time.⁶ On its own blog, Off-Stamp compares itself with Lost Mary as a separate, competing brand and says it 'emphasizes its own device ecosystem'.⁷

Off-Stamp History and Launches

Off-Stamp's history in its own releases starts on January 23, 2024, when the brand said it was premiering globally with the SW9000, which it called the first US single-use vape with an attachable battery.⁸ The SW16000 pod followed on July 10, 2024, fitting the same battery and bringing the SW series to 16 flavors.⁵

Off-Stamp announced the X-CUBE on January 24, 2025, ahead of its premiere at the Total Tobacco Expo in Las Vegas from January 29 to 31.⁹ On September 8, 2025 it added the CRYSTAL Kit and a CRYSTAL-CUBE pod rated at up to 35,000 puffs, and said the X-CUBE line offered CRYSTAL-CUBE, CLASSIC-CUBE, SWEET-CUBE and ICE-CUBE pods in about 36 flavors.¹⁰ The X-CUBE page now counts 58 flavors and adds an X-CUBE PRO with a touchscreen that pairs over Bluetooth with the Mistknot app.¹¹

Off-Stamp Batteries and Pods

Off-Stamp batteries and pods are sold to be mixed: the SW9000 launched with eight flavor pods and seven battery designs, which Off-Stamp counted as 56 color and icon combinations.⁸ The SW16000 release added pods in six colors and six patterns, made to match seven attachable batteries.⁵ Off-Stamp's SW16000 page says that pod works with any Off-Stamp charging device, old or new, so an SW9000 battery can take the larger pod.¹²

Every pod also carries a small battery of its own, so it can be used alone for a limited time: 200 mAh in the SW9000 pod and 100 mAh in each X-CUBE pod, Off-Stamp says.¹³⁹

Is Off-Stamp Legal in the US?

Off-Stamp products can't be legally sold under federal rules, because none has an FDA marketing order. The FDA's list of 48 authorized e-cigarettes, current as of August 28, 2026, includes only products from Glas, JUUL Labs, Logic, NJOY and R.J. Reynolds Vapor.¹ The FDA's Import Alert 98-07 also lets the agency detain any unauthorized e-cigarette at the border without physical examination.¹⁴

No FDA warning letter naming Off-Stamp was found in the records checked as of October 26, 2026, and searches of news and CourtListener turned up no seizure or lawsuit naming the brand.¹⁵

Pennsylvania began enforcing Act 57 on October 19, 2026, which lets the state act against sales and retail stock of vapes missing from the Attorney General's ENDS Directory, including by seizure.¹⁶ The directory's manufacturers are Blue Nine, Custom Technologies, Juul Labs, Logic, NJoy, Pure Laboratories, R.J. Reynolds Vapor and The Schwartz E-Liquid, and Off-Stamp is not among them.² Skook News on October 18 and 2Firsts on October 19 both reported finding no Off-Stamp listing.¹⁷¹⁸ Off-Stamp was also absent from the state's October 16 list of pending certifications, which shows only firms that agreed to disclosure.¹⁹

How to Spot a Fake Off-Stamp

To spot a fake Off-Stamp, the brand says to find the QR code on the side of the box and either scan it or enter the 18-digit security code on its product verification page.²⁰ Off-Stamp says every product carries a unique code, and its FAQ adds that genuine products come in secure packaging with consistent labeling.³
