Orion Bar flavors run mostly to fruit, berry and ice blends, with a few dessert flavors such as Banana Cake, Blueberry Pie, Orange Cake and Cinnamon Cake.

Who Makes Orion Bar?

Orion Bar is operated under the Lost Vape name: the brand site calls it Lost Vape Orion Bar, a 'new disposable brand', and says it offers NEXT, YOUNG and CREAT style products.2

Lost Vape says it was founded in 2014 and is headquartered in Shenzhen, with local teams in Indonesia, the Philippines, the US, the UK and other markets. It also says it runs an R&D and production base of more than 10,000 square meters with over 1,000 professionals.4

The Orion Bar site opens with an age gate that asks visitors to confirm they are 21 or older, and it warns that its products are for adults.5

Orion Bar and FDA Warning Letters

Orion Bar products appear in four FDA warning letters, all sent to online retailers rather than to Lost Vape, according to a search of FDA's database for 'Lost Vape' on October 26, 2026.1

FDA posted a letter to ktownvaporlounge.com on June 3, 2025 that named a Lost Vape 10K Orion disposable, and one to chubbysmoke.com on September 30, 2025 that named the Orion Bar 10K. A letter posted on December 16, 2025 to giantvapes.com named the Orion Bar 7500 in Apple Cotton Candy and Chicago Cocktail.1

The fourth, dated September 12, 2025 and sent to vaporcafeonline.net, named the Orion Bar 50K in Fruity Nectar and Juicy Peach; it is on FDA's page for warning letter 716439.6

In each letter FDA said the Orion Bar products named had no marketing authorization order. No letter to Lost Vape itself, and no import alert, seizure, lawsuit or ITC case naming Lost Vape or Orion Bar, was found as of October 26, 2026.

Orion Bar Lineup on the Brand Site

The Orion Bar lineup on its brand site, read on October 26, 2026, includes the Orion Bar 7500 and 10000, OB 5500, OB C6000, Young P15 and P16, Movement LV 18K, Lightrise TB 18K, Movement Next 30K, the Refeel 18K kit, Thelema Yay 30K, the Orion Bar 50K, a 50K New Version and the Thelema Roar 60K.7

The home page features the Thelema Roar, the Orion Bar 50K New Version and the original Orion Bar 50K as its hot products.5 By the site's own page dates, the 50K page was created on December 27, 2024, the New Version page on September 10, 2025 and the Thelema Roar 60K page on April 10, 2026; those are page dates, not confirmed launch dates.7

Orion Bar 50K Models

Orion Bar 50K models are two of the three hot products on the brand's home page, beside the Thelema Roar, and Lost Vape rates both the original and the New Version at 50K puffs with 28 mL of e-liquid at 50 mg/mL nicotine.8

The original 50K has a 920 mAh battery and Ice-Nic Control, a button that switches between nicotine and ice modes for four combinations. The New Version lists a 1,200 mAh battery and NORM and BOOST modes instead, with the puff rating dropping to 25K in BOOST, and its 15 flavors share only Cool Mint, Blue Razz Ice and Watermelon Ice with the original.9

Orion Bar 7500 in Vaping360's 2023 Review

The Orion Bar 7500 was reviewed by Vaping360 on February 3, 2023 as 'the new disposable ecig from Lost Vape', listed with 15 flavors, 5% nicotine, up to 7,500 puffs, 18 mL of juice and a rechargeable 650 mAh battery.10

The reviewer called the 18 mL figure 'a gross exaggeration', rated battery life weak and recommended an Elf Bar or Dragbar over the Orion Bar 7500.10

How to Spot a Fake Orion Bar

To spot a fake Orion Bar, the brand's verification page asks you to scratch off the security coating on the box and enter the 16-digit code underneath.11
