Foger Flavors by Family

Foger flavors below are sorted into families from the names on Foger's own product pages.

Who Makes Foger?

Who makes Foger is not stated on fogertech.com, which describes the brand's products but gives no company name or address.3 A Rutgers fact sheet from April 2026, written by the Center for Rapid Surveillance of Tobacco (CRST), reads US trademark records as linking the Foger mark to Shenzhen Cacuq Technology Co., Ltd., Shenzhen Kakuqi Technology Co., Ltd. and Foger Hong Kong, Ltd., with the Hong Kong company as the last listed owner.4

The same fact sheet quotes Cacuq as based in Shenzhen and notes that Nielsen lists the manufacturer as FogerVape. On the US side, CRST cites business records for Foger Distro LLC, a Texas company filed on December 18, 2024 with a principal office in Houston, whose name appears on packaging for a Texas-oriented Foger line.4 Foger's own site names a single authorized online retailer for the US.3

Foger Sales and Youth Survey Data

Foger sales in US convenience stores first appeared in Nielsen scanner data in August 2024 and stayed small until summer 2025, when Switch Pro kit and pod sales rose considerably, CRST reported.4 Only Switch Pro kits and pods show up in that data, with none for the Bit 35K, and CRST said pod unit sales had begun to outpace kit sales by early 2026.

Foger also turns up in youth data. In the February 2026 Rutgers Youth Omnibus Survey of 14 to 18 year olds, Foger was the most common write-in brand among past-30-day e-cigarette users who named a usual brand (42 respondents, 10.8%), according to CRST's preliminary analysis.4 CRST also counted 27 Foger devices among 69 pod devices (39.1%) that school staff submitted for the 2025-2026 school year, based on volunteer-submitted images and preliminary data.

Foger's Texas Compliant Line

Foger's 'Texas Compliant' and 'Built in USA' kits and pods have been marketed through online retailers in response to Texas Senate Bill 2024, CRST says, with packaging that reads 'Manufactured for FOGER DISTRO LLC'.4 The law, in force since September 1, 2025, makes it a Class A misdemeanor to sell an e-cigarette product made wholly or partly in China, or marketed as made there, or in a country the US Commerce Secretary designates a foreign adversary.5

CRST says it found no clear regulatory or corporate documentation confirming that those Foger products are made in the US.4

Foger products can't be legally sold under federal rules without an FDA marketing order, and none has one. The FDA's list of 48 authorized e-cigarettes, current as of August 28, 2026, includes only products from Glas, JUUL Labs, Logic, NJOY and R.J. Reynolds Vapor.1 The FDA's Import Alert 98-07, updated around the end of December 2024, lets the agency detain any unauthorized e-cigarette at the border without physical examination.6

No FDA warning letter naming Foger was found in the records checked for this page, and no seizure, import alert listing or FDA press release naming the brand turned up either, as of October 26, 2026.7 A CourtListener search on the same date returned no lawsuits naming Foger.

In Pennsylvania, enforcement of Act 57 against unlisted vape products began on October 19, 2026, and Foger is not among the manufacturers on the Attorney General's ENDS Directory.8 The Huntingdon Daily News named Foger with Elf Bar, Lost Mary and Raz as unlisted brands on October 24, 2026, and reported that shops face seizure and graduated penalties for unlisted products.9

How to Spot a Fake Foger

To spot a fake Foger, the brand says to scratch the holographic authentication label on the package and enter its security code on Foger's verification page, where each code can be verified only once.10 Foger adds that the logo on real packaging is holographic and shifts color when tilted, and that the encrypted Switch Pro charging dock recognizes only designated pods.11

Foger's counterfeit page lists look-alike names it says are not genuine, including Fogr Next, FOGRPOD, Fogger Pro Plus, Fogger X, Fogest, Foger GT, Fogger Promax, FOG PRO Switch X and FOGMATE.10 It also warns of sites that misspell the brand, such as foggervape or fogerus.com, and of listings for models with 40,000 to 100,000 puffs, which Foger says do not exist.

Who makes Foger?

Foger's maker is not named on its own site; a Rutgers CRST fact sheet from April 2026 says US trademark records tie the Foger mark to two Shenzhen technology companies and to Foger Hong Kong, Ltd., the last listed owner.4

Is Foger banned in Pennsylvania?

Foger is not on Pennsylvania's ENDS Directory, and since October 19, 2026 the state can enforce Act 57 against shops that sell or hold unlisted vapes, including by seizure.8
