Foger Switch Pro Pod, Dock and Battery
The Foger Switch Pro comes as a kit of one disposable pod and one magnetic charging dock with pass-through charging, according to Foger's Switch Pro page.1 The pod has a 200 mAh battery of its own, but Foger's pod page says every Switch Pro pod needs a charging device to recharge.3
Foger's pages give different capacities for the dock, one on the kit page and another on the page for the dock sold alone, so no dock battery size is given here. The dock charges over USB Type-C with overcharge protection, and its screen shows battery level and puff time.1
Foger Switch Pro Nicotine, Coil and Modes
Foger Switch Pro nicotine is 50 mg/mL (5%) in the standard pod, and Foger also lists a Switch Pro Disposable 0% pod, with no nicotine, in five flavors: Watermelon Ice, Cool Mint, Blue Razz Ice, Miami Mint and Juicy Peach Ice.2 Foger's pages and the retail pages CRST describes disagree on how much e-liquid a pod holds, so no volume is given here.
Each pod heats with a 1.0 ohm dual mesh coil and has adjustable airflow. A dual-mode setting switches between normal mode, which Foger rates at up to 30K puffs, and boost mode, rated at up to 18K, though Foger gives no watt values for either.1 The tank is transparent, so the e-liquid level shows, and Foger says there is no bottom needle and no light when you puff.
Foger Switch Pro Texas Compliant Version
A Foger Switch Pro sold as 'Texas Compliant' or 'Built in USA' has been marketed through online retailers since Texas Senate Bill 2024, with packaging that reads 'Manufactured for FOGER DISTRO LLC', according to Rutgers CRST.4 The Texas law, in force since September 1, 2025, makes it a Class A misdemeanor to sell an e-cigarette product made wholly or partly in China.5 CRST says it found no clear documentation confirming US manufacturing for those products.
Is the Foger Switch Pro Legal in the US?
The Foger Switch Pro can't be legally sold under federal rules because it has no FDA marketing order, and the FDA's Import Alert 98-07 lets the agency detain unauthorized e-cigarettes at the border without physical examination.6 Pennsylvania, where Foger is not on the ENDS Directory, began enforcing Act 57 against unlisted products on October 19, 2026.7

Foger Switch Pro vs Foger Bit 35K
The Foger Switch Pro and the Foger Bit 35K are built differently: the Switch Pro splits into a pod and a rechargeable dock, while the Bit 35K is a single draw-activated unit with an 850 mAh battery and an 18 mL tank.9 Foger rates the Bit 35K higher, at up to 35K puffs in normal mode, but CRST found only Switch Pro kits and pods in Nielsen sales data and says the Switch Pro was far more common among devices confiscated at schools.4
