The Geek Bar Meloso Max has a newer sibling, the Meloso Max 2, which is the Meloso model on Geek Bar's home page in 2026, with what Geek Bar calls a Ripple full screen, dual modes and a dual mesh coil.13

A July 2026 review by the retailer Ejuices gives the Meloso Max 2 a 650 mAh battery, 16 mL of e-liquid, a 1.1 ohm dual mesh coil and Regular and Pulse modes, against the 600 mAh and 14 mL Ecigator reported for the original.42

The Geek Bar Meloso Max can't be legally sold under federal rules, because it has no FDA marketing order and is not on the FDA's authorized list, current as of August 28, 2026.5

The FDA has warned stores selling Geek Bar products several times, including 115 brick-and-mortar retailers in December 2024, and unauthorized vapes can be detained at the border under Import Alert 98-07.67 To check a unit, Geek Bar's verification page takes the scratch-off code from the side of the box, and each code works once.8
