Raz DC25000 on the FDA Red List

The Raz DC25000 went onto the FDA's import Red List on September 26, 2024, in an entry under Import Alert 98-06 that lists Zhuhai Qisitech Co., Ltd. for "RAZ DC25000 ENDS products".6

2Firsts corrected its report on the listing after expert comment to say the alert targets the RAZ DC25000 products rather than every Qisitech product.7 Today Import Alert 98-07 lets the FDA detain any e-cigarette without a marketing order at the border; its latest revision is dated September 4, 2026.8

Raz DC25000 or LTX 25K?

The Raz DC25000 and LTX 25K are one device family under two names: the Raz site and the FDA use DC25000 or DC25K, while retailers and Vaping360 also call it the LTX 25K.39 The Raz site pages reviewed here do not use the LTX name.

Vaping360 keeps separate DC25000 and LTX 25K entries, and they do not agree on e-liquid volume or screen type, so neither figure is given here; both list an 800 mAh battery and 50 mg nicotine.102

Raz DC25000 Puffs, Modes and Build

Raz DC25000 puffs are rated at 25,000 on the Raz site's home page, and Vaping360 splits that into 25,000 in normal mode or 15,000 in boost mode.12

The Raz site lists a mesh coil, adjustable airflow, a double-shot molded mouthpiece and what it calls comfort leather craftsmanship.1

The Raz DC25000 can't be legally sold under federal rules, because no Raz product has an FDA marketing order, and its Red List entry flagged its imports for detention at the border.116

The FDA also cited youth-appealing Raz flavors such as razzle dazzle when it warned five online retailers in September 2024, and the DC25K flavor page lists a Razzle Dazzle.1213

Raz DC25000 vs TN9000

The Raz DC25000 is the larger of the two Raz disposables with flavor lists on the brand site: 25,000 puffs on the Raz site against up to 9,000 for the TN9000 in Vaping360's listing, and 800 mAh against 650 mAh.114

To check either one, the Raz site's Authenticate page says to scratch the QR code under the RAZ hologram and enter or scan it; each code is unique to one device.15
