Fume Devices

Fume models covered here are the Extra, Ultra, Infinity Plus, Recharge and Pro, five of the disposables on Fume's current product list.

Fume Flavors by Family

Fume flavors below are sorted into families from the names Fume publishes on fumevapors.com for each device.

Who Makes Fume?

Who makes Fume depends on the source: QR Joy, a Florida corporation, markets the brand and called itself 'the premier retail manufacturer' of Fume disposables in a June 6, 2022 press release datelined Hallandale Beach.3 Fume's own About Us page, as archived on September 27, 2023, said a different company, BFL Metal Production Ltd., manufactures and distributes the Fume, LOY and LD brands, and told buyers to look for the QRJOY trademark on the product.5

A complaint filed by NJOY on October 19, 2023 likewise named BFL Metal Production, Ltd. of Foshan, China as a company that, NJOY alleged, manufactures and sells Fume products.6 QR Joy Fume, LLC, a related Florida company, was named alongside QR Joy in a 2025 consumer lawsuit, which said the two sell Fume vapes nationwide through the fume.com online store.7 Fume's FAQ, for its part, says all transactions go through its business partners and points buyers to local wholesalers.8

Fume Models and Puff Counts

Fume models on the official product list, as of October 26, 2026, run from the Extra at 1,500 puffs and the Ultra at 2,500 through the Infinity Plus (4,500), Recharge (5,000), Eternity Turbo (20,000), Hookah (20,000) and Fume Pro (30,000) to the Oxyra (60,000), all puff counts as Fume rates them.4 The same list carries e-liquid, nicotine pouches and cigars.

The Oxyra, Fume's highest-rated model, has 18 mL of e-liquid, a 1,500 mAh rechargeable battery and 5% nicotine in 13 flavors, per fume.com.9 Earlier, on June 6, 2022, QR Joy introduced a Fume Unlimited with 14 mL of e-liquid, a 400 mAh rechargeable battery and 7,000 puffs in 17 flavors, after teasing it at the Alternative Products Expo in late May 2022; that release named the Extra, Ultra, Infinity and Mini as its core models.3

Fume Lawsuits

Fume lawsuits include a proposed consumer class action filed on April 11, 2025 in the Southern District of Florida against QR Joy and QR Joy Fume, LLC, case 0:25-cv-60710, which alleged that Fume's '5%' nicotine labeling misleads buyers and that the brand markets to young people.7 A federal judge dismissed the complaint as a 'shotgun' pleading, Law360 reported on October 2, 2025, under a headline saying QR Joy had escaped the suit 'for now'.10

The case docket then shows a stipulation of dismissal on July 9, 2026 and an order dismissing and closing the case on July 10, 2026; the terms behind it were not seen in the records checked.11

Fume also came up in NJOY's October 2023 suit in the Central District of California, case 2:23-cv-08798, brought against iMiracle (HK) Limited and dozens of others, among them BFL Metal Production, which NJOY said makes Fume and LD products it alleged were sold unlawfully in California.6 CourtListener lists that case as terminated on February 24, 2024.12

Fume in FDA Warning Letters

Fume products have appeared in FDA warning letters sent to retailers: FDA's December 18, 2024 letter to Elite Vapes, a Fort Lauderdale retailer, listed a Fume Vape 10000 product among items sold without premarket authorization.13

No FDA warning letter addressed to QR Joy or BFL Metal Production was found in the records checked as of October 26, 2026, and no seizure, import alert listing or FDA press release naming Fume turned up either.14 FDA's Import Alert 98-07 still lets the agency detain any unauthorized e-cigarette, Fume included, at the border without physical examination.15

Fume can't be legally sold under federal rules, because no Fume product has an FDA marketing order; the FDA's list of authorized e-cigarettes, current as of August 28, 2026, covers products from five companies, none of them QR Joy.1

In Pennsylvania, Fume is not on the Attorney General's ENDS Directory, and since October 19, 2026 the state can enforce Act 57 against stores that sell or stock unlisted vapes, with seizure authority.16 Texas Senate Bill 2024, in force since September 1, 2025, makes it a misdemeanor to sell e-cigarette products made wholly or partly in China, and court filings describe Fume's makers as manufacturing in China; no Texas action against Fume was found.17

How to Spot a Fake Fume

To spot a fake Fume, the brand's Verify Your Product page at fumevapors.com/authentication offers a code check 'to make sure you have an original and authentic Fume product'.18 Fume's FAQ says to get its vapes from authorized retailers and vape shops and to be cautious of counterfeits from unauthorized sellers.8
